Shipping Info

All items will be shipped domestically and to Canada through USPS usingthe most affordable method available unless you specifically request otherwise by contacting us directly via email. Same goes for international orders. They will be shipped within 5 business days. How long your order takes reach you will depend on your location. Items ship from Washington state, USA.

Return Policy

Items are eligible for exchanges or refunds within 30 days of being received by the customer according to available tracking information.

If the item you received is damaged or defective it can be exchanged for an intact or working version of the same item or refunded. Damaged or defective product must either be returned or proof of damage must be provided to qualify for a refund or exchange. If the item is defective we will pay for return shipping.

If the item is undamaged and you just decide you no longer want it you must send it back in saleable condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Physical media such as CDs must include case, liner notes and anything else included and be playable and undamaged to qualify for a return or refund. Clothing must be clean and intact. We will refund your original shipping cost but you will pay for return shipping on preferential returns.

If the clothing you received is the wrong size because we didn't send the size that you chose it can exchanged for the correct one or returned for a refund. Please consult the description when determining what size to buy. We will refund the original shipping cost and cover shipping of the correct size item if we sent you a size other than what you asked for.

If your order is lost in transit and did not arrive, and tracking information can confirm this, the order may be refunded or replaced for the same item at no extra cost to you. Refund includes shipping. Once the order is confirmed to be delivered via tracking information we are not responsible for theft or loss of package.

Refunds will take the form of the same method you paid with. All sales are final after 30 of being received.
